Delivery of goods is ensured on our regular routes by our own vehicles, outside of them by contracted transport companies Geis, PPL and others.
Our business partners assigned to the delivery routes know when to expect their goods. Customers can track the status of their shipment and its delivery by an external company on the carrier's website. Registered customers are notified by e-mail when the goods have been dispatched.
We guarantee shipping within 3 working days of receiving your order. Usually this time is shorter.
Registered customers will be charged a shipping fee according to their terms and conditions. For orders lower or more frequent than the agreed shipping limit and frequency, the shipping fee will be charged at the current rate according to the weight of the shipment. Non-registered customers are always charged shipping. Each customer is treated individually, the terms and conditions are set by mutual agreement in a framework purchase agreement. Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and in the event of any defects immediately notify the carrier and record the findings in the shipping note. If necessary, write a complaint report. We accept reported discrepancies in delivery within five working days of delivery of the goods. In case of major damages, especially those indicating unauthorized intrusion, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the packaging of the shipment containing the goods has been intact.
