Installation Teflon sealing tape is used instead of tow to seal joints. Seals the threads of all types of metal, plastic, PVC, etc. The Teflon tape is wound in approx. 10 layers on the external thread in the direction of screwing and is tightened to copy the thread. Subsequently, we can connect and tighten the thread. After tightening, however, it is not possible to loosen the joint again and possibly correct it, because there is a risk of the tape breaking and leaking.
